About Call 2 Reminder
Call 2 Reminder was built so people dealing with probation, drug court, or veterans court don't get punished for missing an automated phone message.
Each morning, our system calls the court's automated color line, transcribes the message, and extracts the testing colors for that day. If everything looks normal, we send the information to subscribers by SMS, email, and call — based on the preferences they choose.
If something looks off in the recording (for example the script changes or the audio is broken), we pause notifications and send a safe fallback message, encouraging subscribers to call the court directly instead of relying on us.
We are not the court and we can't guarantee outcomes, but our goal is simple: reduce anxiety around the daily call and make it much harder to accidentally miss a test.
